ExactFit Media earns a commission if you buy through links on this page, at no extra cost to you. We verify certification claims against public databases; we do not accept payment for placement, and prices never influence our listings — we don't show them.

What that means in practice

Affiliate links. Some pages on this site contain links to third-party retailers. If you click one of those links and make a purchase, ExactFit Media may receive a commission from the retailer. The commission comes from the retailer's margin — it does not add cost to your purchase.

No payment for placement. We do not charge manufacturers, distributors, or retailers for placement in our articles or data tables. Whether a part appears on this site, and in what position, is determined solely by fit accuracy and certification scope as verified from public records.

No prices. We do not publish prices. Prices change faster than our publication schedule, and a stale price misleads readers. We believe our usefulness lies in fit accuracy and certification verification, not pricing.

Certification is independently verified. We check certification claims against the certifier's public databases (for example, NSF International's public listings). A commission relationship with a retailer does not affect how we report a part's certification scope.

Who we work with

We may participate in affiliate programs including, but not limited to, the Amazon Associates program and the Awin network. Participation in a program does not affect our editorial decisions.
